# Snorklee

> Privacy-first web analytics, 100% EU-sovereign. Cookieless, no consent banner required, no personal data stored. Built and hosted in France (Clever Cloud, Paris, ISO 27001), with AI insights operated in France (Snorklee AI). Snorklee also measures your site's visibility in AI assistants — which AI crawlers visit you, and whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity & co can read your pages.

Key facts:

- No cookies, no localStorage, no fingerprinting: the tracker (`w.js`, < 2 KB) neither stores nor reads anything on the visitor's device, so ePrivacy article 5(3) is not triggered and no consent banner is needed.
- No personal data is stored: unique visitors are estimated with HyperLogLog, raw events keep no visitor identifier, and any cross-dimension breakdown is k-anonymized (k ≥ 5).
- Data stays in the EU: PostgreSQL in Paris, geolocation by DB-IP (France), email by Brevo (France), AI operated in France. Zero US dependency, zero external CDN.
- Compliance coverage documented for 5 frameworks: GDPR/EU, California (CCPA/CPRA), US state laws, Canada (PIPEDA + Law 25), Australia (Privacy Act). Signable DPA included.
