Yes. Measuring your traffic and viewing the data already collected is free and unlimited, with no credit card. Only operations performed by AI use credits.
What uses credits?
AI operations: checking your visibility across AI engines, analyzing an answer in depth, comparing competitors, generating a recommendation or an AI report. Each operation has a cost shown before you launch it.
Does viewing my statistics use credits?
No. Viewing your dashboards and the data already collected uses no credits.
What is the difference between the former Insight and GEO credits?
The Insight and GEO credits have been replaced by a single Snorklee credit balance. You now have one balance for every AI operation.
Are unused credits carried over?
Credits included in a subscription carry over for up to 3 months. The oldest are used first.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. One-off credit packs can be used without a paid subscription.
What happens when my balance runs out?
The AI operation is simply blocked. You can buy a pack, change your subscription or wait for renewal — no automatic purchase. Analytics is unaffected.
Can I track several sites?
Yes. Up to 3 sites on the free plan, more depending on the plan you choose.
Are prices tax-exclusive?
Yes, all prices are shown excluding tax (ex. VAT). The applicable VAT depends on your country.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no commitment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
