Data protection contact

Snorklee provides a data protection contact for questions about privacy, the DPA, processors and rights requests where Snorklee is involved.

If you are a visitor to a site using Snorklee, the publisher of that site remains your main contact. Snorklee then assists the publisher where the request concerns processing performed by Snorklee on its behalf.

This address is Snorklee's data protection contact. It may be shared with your DPO or mentioned in your documentation where relevant.

We respond to GDPR rights requests within the time limits set by applicable rules, generally within one month from receipt of the complete request. This period may be extended in the cases provided for by the GDPR, in particular for complex or multiple requests.

The dashboard Compliance tab provides a data protection contact sheet that customers can reuse or adapt in their privacy policy. This sheet does not replace your own visitor information or the analysis of your DPO or counsel.

• access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability request;
• question about retention periods;
• question about security or privacy documentation;
• complaint about processing performed by Snorklee.

#If you publish a site

For your own visitors, you are the first-line contact when you use Snorklee on your site. You are generally the controller and Snorklee acts as processor under the GDPR for audience measurement. If a request concerns Snorklee's technical operation or processing performed by Snorklee on your behalf, you may forward it to us so we can assist you.

Snorklee's assistance is provided in the DPA.

#Complaint to a supervisory authority

You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL.

For other countries in the European Union and European Economic Area, the official list of authorities is available on the EDPB website.

Snorklee is published in France. Depending on your situation, you may also contact the competent authority in your country.
