Privacy policy
This page explains how snorklee processes data for customer accounts, billing, support and audience measurement performed for customer sites.
Account data
To create and manage an account, we process data such as name, email, company, country, language preference, declared sites, selected plan, invoices, payments and support messages.
This data is used to provide the service, secure the account, bill customers, answer requests and meet legal obligations.
Audience data
When snorklee measures a customer site, the customer normally remains the controller and snorklee acts as processor. Collected data is minimised: page path, referrer hostname, source, country/region depending on configuration, browser or device family, authorised events, duration, scroll, errors and aggregate counters.
IP address and User-Agent may be used transiently to geolocate, limit abuse and produce statistics, but they are not stored raw in analytics events.
Processors
Main providers include Clever Cloud for hosting, DB-IP/Eris Networks for geolocation data, Mollie for payments, Brevo for transactional email and Mistral AI for some aggregate summaries. Public audit scans may use Scaleway.
Production analytics data is hosted in the European Union. Operational processors are described in the DPA and may change with reasonable notice.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or restriction of data about you. Write to dpo@snorklee.com or contact@snorklee.com.
For data about an end visitor on a customer site, contact the site publisher first. snorklee then assists the publisher if the request concerns our processing.
