My sites

The My sites tab brings together everything about managing your sites: display order, pausing collection, renaming, the "client" note, archiving and the weekly report.

#Site order (drag and drop)

Grab a site by its handle (or use the ↑↓ arrows) to put it where you want. This order drives the site selector at the top of the dashboard: the first one becomes the site shown when you open it. Everyone has their own order.

#Pause data collection

The "Pause tracking" button stops audience measurement for this site without erasing anything. "Resume tracking" turns it back on. Note: this acts on the site's data collection, not on the email report sending.

Billing and collection are two separate things. Going over your pageview volume never cuts off measurement. But when your free trial or your paid access ends (cancellation, non-renewal), collection keeps running for 30 more days, then it pauses until you (re)subscribe: the data already collected is kept, and measurement starts again the day you pay. Finally, a suspension decided by the team — very rare, and always announced — is also beyond this button.

#Rename and add a client note

On each row you can rename the site (the display name) and add a "client" note — handy for agencies looking after several clients' sites. This note is private and yours alone.

#Archive, restore, erase

Archiving takes the site off the dashboard while keeping its data recoverable for 30 days; it comes back under "Recently archived" with a Restore button. Erasing removes the site and all its data for good (GDPR, right to erasure) — no way back, with a double confirmation.
