Weekly client report

From the My sites tab, the "📧 Client report" button schedules an automatic weekly email analysis — designed for agencies reporting to their clients.

#What it's for

Once a week, Snorklee uses AI to generate an analysis of the last 7 days tailored to the site and sends it straight to your client. The email shows a key-metrics strip (visitors, page views, duration, bounce with their change), a top-pages chart, then a written summary. The numbers come from your real aggregated data — the AI never makes them up.

#Configure the report

In the panel, fill in: the client email, the sender name (your brand), a reply-to address, a logo (https URL), the language, the day and time to send (with timezone), a title (variables {site}, {date}, {period}), an intro, a signature and an analysis angle that steers the AI. Tick the client-consent certification, then Save & activate.

#Test before activating

The "Send me a test email" button sends a copy to your own address (never to the client), even before saving — so you can check the result. You can also pause or delete the sending at any time.

#Unsubscribe and re-enable

Every email includes an unsubscribe link (and the standard mail-client header). If the client unsubscribes, sending stops and you are notified by email; a "client unsubscribed" badge appears on the site row. If the client asks for the report again, the "Re-enable" button (with certification) resumes sending.

#Branding and privacy

The email is sent from an authenticated Snorklee domain (good deliverability) with your name and reply-to: your client replies to you. Bounces and complaints automatically stop sending. No individual data leaves the server — the analysis is on aggregates only.
