Snorklee AI credits

Credits pay for the on-demand generations of the Snorklee AI assistant in the Analytics tab: the "Generate an insight" summary and the question asked about your data ("Ask a question"). Each generation uses 1 credit. Nothing else ever consumes them: the daily email briefing and the weekly client reports are credit-free, and AI visibility checks draw from a separate allowance tied to your plan.

#What is included

10 credits are granted when the account is created. Your balance is always visible in the Snorklee AI block, next to the "Generate" button.

#Top-ups

When the balance hits zero, the generate button gives way to a top-up prompt. Packs are one-off purchases — no subscription — from Billing → Credits (/billing/dashboard#credits):

Billed in euros in the euro area, in US dollars elsewhere. A PDF invoice is issued for every top-up; the purchase and consumption history lives on the same page.

#The rules

• Valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits are consumed from the lot expiring soonest first.
• No credit lost on errors: if a generation fails for a technical reason attributable to the service, the credit is automatically refunded.
• Credits are attached to the account: they cover all your sites, with nothing to allocate.
• They are neither transferable nor refundable after expiry (barring mandatory legal provisions — see the terms of service).
