Plans, trial and checks

Snorklee is sold as a monthly subscription. Every plan includes full audience measurement with no pageview quota, plus a monthly AI visibility allowance: a number of tracked questions and a volume of checks (1 check = 1 question × 1 engine × 1 run).

#The 7-day free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial:

• a card is required at signup, but nothing is charged upfront (€0);
• the first payment happens at the end of the trial (day 7);
• the subscription is cancellable online at any time from Billing → Subscription (/billing/subscription) — cancel before the trial ends and nothing is owed;
• one trial per account.

#The 3 plans

Prices excluding VAT, per month. Billed in euros in the euro area, in US dollars elsewhere.

The Studio and Agency plans additionally include white-label weekly client reports.

#How the allowance is consumed

• The check counter resets at the start of each calendar month.
• Each run (automatic per the question's frequency, or manual via "Check now" / "Check all") uses 1 check per engine queried.
• The "≈ n checks/month scheduled" line in the AI visibility tab estimates what your current frequencies will use — adjust them if it exceeds your allowance.

#Check packs

To go past the allowance occasionally without changing plan, one-off packs are available from the billing portal (the "Buy a pack" button in the AI visibility tab):

Packs are valid for 12 months, consumed after the plan's monthly allowance, starting with the lot that expires soonest. A PDF invoice is issued for every purchase.

#When the allowance runs out

When the month's allowance (plan + packs) is dry:

• checks pause — manual runs are refused with an "allowance exhausted" message and scheduled checks wait;
• everything resumes at the start of the next month, as soon as you upgrade, or as soon as you buy a pack;
• your analytics is never cut off: collection, the dashboard and exports keep working normally.

#Cancellation and plan changes

• Cancellation: online, anytime, from /billing/subscription. It takes effect at the end of the paid period: the allowance keeps being served until then, and analytics continues uninterrupted afterwards.
• Plan change: the new price applies at the next renewal. Downgrading reduces the allowance — questions above the new quota are not deleted, but you will need to remove some before adding new ones.
• Applicable VAT is added based on your country (reverse charge with a valid intra-EU VAT number). All invoices live in the billing portal.

Snorklee AI credits (summaries and questions about your audience data) are a separate system from checks: they are not deducted from this allowance.
